Denison "cathlyn55" - See all my reviews    This review is from: Black & Decker IM310 Quick and Easy Iron with Nonstick Soleplate (Kitchen) After years of use and finally wearing out my last Black & Decker Quick 'n Easy iron, I bought this newer model right away. Let's just say this is a genuine case of "they sure don't make 'em like they used to!". I realize this is very reasonably priced, however, it has so many shortcomings, you really should give a lot of thought to another model. The blue cover over the water holder is translucent - you cannot tell how much, if any, water you have in the iron unless your lighting is super bright and shining at just the right angle. However, the worst defect is that the iron just decides unpredictably to soak whatever you are ironing. So if you need something ironed to wear in a hurry - do not use the steam feature... OR have a blow dryer handy - you'll need it! That blue color on the water tank makes it impossible to see the water level which renders the iron unuseable!! I have used Black and Decker steam irons for the past 20 years and have never before been unhappy with their products.
