The heating element broke so I bought a new one...that one broke too. This iron looks nice but don't waste your money...if you do you will be buying a new one in no time. F-

The first one stopped heating up after only 6 months of use. I thought it might just be a fluke, so I replaced it with an identical model. Now after only 4 months of use with the new iron, I plugged it in this morning to find that it too will no longer heat up. The indicator light works, giving the impression that the iron is heating, but after 15 minutes, it was still stone cold. There was no prior indication that the iron was having any problem at all. It simply stops working.
Choose a different brand of iron. I won't be buying ANY more Black and Decker products as I'm thoroughly disgusted with them.

extra length due to the cord storage. Adding water is a trick since the port
has a cover that you have to maneuver around. Easy for you to burn your
finger tips while filling. Would I buy it again? Probably not.
