I bought this iron expecting a stainless steel sole plate. Instead, what it comes with is a thin, stamped sole plate that's chromed steel. This means you can't clean the sole plate with abrasives, which defeats the whole point of getting stainless steel to begin with (might as well get a non-stick at that point). The iron looks and feels very cheaply made overall. It seems most of the value went into the digital features (auto shutoff, fancy lights) at the cost of quality of the iron itself. To me, this feels like a $20 iron with a bunch of fancy digital controller features slapped onto it and marked up to double its actual worth. At the time when I purchased it, the iron was selling for around $40 on Amazon. Ultimately I decided to return it and look for something better.

I like this iron because it heats up fast and does a good job getting the wrinkles out. And I like the fact that the water filler has a cover that slides over it so the water doesn't leak out if you accidently knock the iron over. It has a nice digital feature that lets you know when its ready and lights up on the settings you select. I would recommend this iron, it feels and looks like a well-made product.
