Since this control sets the iron's temperature, its annoying to find that the temperature you selected has changed. Must unplug and then plug in again for the iron to work after it has gone into auto shut-off mode. Very poor customer support from Shark. Policy is for customer to pay S&H to repair defective iron. Would not let me speak to supervisor and no way to file a complaint on their website. Do not recommend a Shark product.
