Broke in one year, March 18, 2012 By This review is from: Black & Decker ICR510 First Impressions Cord Reel Iron, White (Kitchen) I have owned two of these irons. Both broke in about 1 year. Tried to get it replaced under warranty, and they wanted me to pay for the shipping of the new iron. Do not buy this piece of crap.

The cord does not reel in all the way after the 3rd time.
The iron itself worked pretty well for the time that it worked. Since I was within the 1 year warranty, I had to contact the company, send in the cord and pay for shipping and handling for my replacement item. Did that today, so let's see how long it takes for them to send me the new one.
