I am on my 4th and last iron. My first one started leaking shortly after purchase. I returned it for another which leaked as soon as I got it home. I exchanged for my 3rd which didn't leak but the steam button stayed stuck when it was pressed. I returned it for my 4th and this one: the steam button stuck and it leaks. I will be buying something other than a B&D.

Nice looking, great features, stainless steel base, auto power shutoff ... great stuff except it leaks. Add water, plug it in, heat it up and press the steam button. You get one large drop of water inside the housing for each surge of steam from the iron when you press the steam button. (although the steam out of the iron is great). Set the iron up vertically after a horizontal steam pass on your shirt and it runs out of housing seams and out of the power cord penetration. Hold it vertical and press the steam button and it leaks out of the steam button, over the power light and across your hand. Going back before it electrocutes me. Made in China, failed in 30 seconds in America. Reported as a hazardous product to the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

I bought this iron last night and start ironing the same time,it's frustrating because it's always dripping and make everything wet especially in the vertical position.Another drawback is that it burned my first cloth that I started to iron.Appearantly it does not have any adjustment for the temperature,I have to give it back!
